CARO CHEN‘s Entrepreneurial Journey and Company Development
The Launch and Early Years (2005-2006)
The narrative begins in 2005, the year founder CARO CHEN graduated from university. Carrying two bags—a backpack and a handbag —he left a major inland city in China and journeyed alone to Yiwu, a rapidly developing coastal town, to start his life’s voyage. During his first two years (2005 and 2006), his business focus was on the accessories industry.

The Pivotal Shift and Rapid Growth (2007-2010)
2007: The Industry Pivot. A chance encounter led to a significant change: an amiable American client introduced him to the hair product industry. This client, a basketball enthusiast, not only guided him into the business but also forged a lasting friendship, a memento of which is still cherished today.
Product Innovation: At the time, human hair products were commonly graded as A, B, C. CARO CHEN innovatively introduced the A, AA, and AAA grading system. This foundational system later evolved within the industry into grades like 7A, 8A, and 10A.
2009: Establishing Integration. He founded his first hair product factory , achieving an integrated business model of manufacturing and trade. This step brought his first taste of significant pressure, taking on the mission to lead dozens of employees.
Building Global Partnerships: This period was marked by forging strong relationships with international clients:
Polish Client Anna: Started with a small order ($1,240 USD) in 2009 and grew rapidly over a decade, expanding to both online stores and multiple physical retail locations.
UK Client Josie: Visited during the Wenchuan earthquake period and treated the founder as a younger brother.
Swedish Student Clients: Exhibited the company’s products at a European trade show in 2008, inspiring the founder with a sense of supplier mission.
Australian Client Serena: A beautiful lady who modeled for her own product packaging.
Investment, Scale, and Realignment
2013-2016
2013: Major Capital Investment. Returning to his hometown in Hubei, the founder made his largest financial investment to date: purchasing land and constructing a factory to expand production. The facility covers over 7,000 square meters. For someone who started with just a few hundred RMB in 2005, this represented the first major fruits of his labor.
2013-2015: Pressure and Consolidation. These years were challenging with significant business pressure. However, key relationships were maintained, including visits from clients like Anna (Poland) and Genna (Germany).
2016: Strategic Refocus. The company shifted its primary focus back to business development and expansion. They secured a key partnership with a renowned European hair brand (led by Warren), a relationship that has deepened into mutual trust and friendship, extending beyond business.
Diversification and Future Trajectory (2020-Present)
2020-2022: Pandemic Reflection. Amidst global economic instability caused by the pandemic , the founder began considering diversification beyond the hair industry, exploring the medical and greater health sector.
2023: Official Diversification. The company officially ventured into the medical health industry. Driven by the belief that “beauty and health are humanity’s eternal pursuit”, the current business model is two-pronged:
Import: Importing European medical aesthetic and health products. (This aligns with the Omnistrip products you previously mentioned).
Export: Continuing to export high-quality hair products to European and American markets.
2025: Global Expansion. The company has established a plan to set up a branch and sales points in the UK.
