OEM / PRIVATE LABEL

Build a hair range people remember as yours.

DS HAIR brings product, colour and packaging decisions into one written development brief for salons, distributors and emerging hair brands.

DEVELOPMENT SCOPE

One brief. Three connected decisions.

01

Product

Construction, material direction, length, weight, texture and target use.

CUSTOM PACKAGING STUDIO

Private-label packaging designed around the way you sell.

For smaller brands, packaging should begin with a focused system—not an expensive collection of unrelated boxes. We help structure the brief, artwork checkpoints and sample approval before commercial terms are confirmed.

MOQ, unit cost, tooling, sample cost and lead time are confirmed in writing.

A useful packaging brief starts with these inputs.

PACKAGING QUESTIONS

Before development begins

Can a small or new hair brand request private-label packaging?

Yes. We can review a right-sized label, card or packaging brief. The most practical format depends on the product, quantity range, artwork and target market.

Do you publish a fixed packaging MOQ or price?

No. Minimums, unit cost, sample cost and lead time depend on structure, material, printing and quantity. They are confirmed after the brief is reviewed.

Which logo files should I provide?

A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF is preferred. If only a raster logo is available, file quality must be checked before artwork begins.

Can packaging be approved before a repeat order?

Packaging layout and physical presentation should be reviewed as a separate approval reference alongside the product specification.
