Driven by construction complexity and colour matching. Simple stock lines are faster than bespoke builds.
Production window
Driven by order volume, material availability and custom packaging. It is quoted per order, not assumed.
Keep it written
Both windows appear in your quotation. If a window is only "verbal", treat it as unknown.

Why is production longer?
Volume, material and custom packaging add time beyond sampling.
